Watching/Forecasting Patent Issuance…

It isn’t an exact science, but worth keeping an eye on…
I looked at (10) published TSI patents and applied a 6 month public review period that we may have an idea when upcoming patents MIGHT issue. Here they are in chronological order, potentially soonest to issue to last. This doesn’t account for complexity, as that often affects the length of review. It’s an academic exercise, although, provides some insight as to what’s “coming down the pipe”.

I’d say 6-12 months post publishing to issuance is an acceptable/safe metric (no guarantees, of course). Fortunately for TSI Faithful, you’re batting 1000 from the labfilingpublishing Issuance…worth consideration

The USPTO’s continued approval is validation of the diligence consistently presented in TSI’s work, not to exclude the FDA’s continued approvals…
