CHEERS TO HEALTH
I mentioned nebulizing with HP here is a recent article about same, nice links.
I have a nebulizer within hands reach at my desk. ( a desk which rises to stand Up )
Hydrogen peroxide, the stuff sitting under your kitchen sink, may be a life-saver.

Re: CHEERS TO HEALTH
I used partial fasting to fix a lack of gut bug problem--big problem--
Read about types of fasting for Crohn's Disease treatment--fasting-- and yeast buildup issues again-- fasting and did this....
basically breakfast is ; 1st I take 85 billion 32 different strain probiotics----- along with digestive enzymes and then drink ensure high protein and a no sugar yogurt (Too Good vanilla),a cup of green tea with xylitol birch sugar, then my stack of supplements for the AM and done water water water---
lunch eggs and spinach ( I love it) perhaps some beef from the pellet grill and another dose of probiotics and enzymes---and --water water water-
-dinner another dose of probiotics and enzymes, drink ensure high protein, finish off the eggs and spinach casserole, yogurt, water water water I also take my evening stack of supplements---
and also no yeast at all, nor sugar,, I eat everything with or in a tortilla or snack on them. And drink beet root powder-- with water.
Now in my 5th week
1st week no change--2nd week no change-- 3rd week not yet dad gum it---- 4th week it started working slowly...
5th week
Pretty much back to normal function now but still the on partial fasting diet, I like it.
I was started to getting worried, its a big life change with no gut bugs,
Was already doing pelvic floor exercises--- well I do them all the time now even though the extreme need is not there now.
Probiotics: Garden of Life ; Raw probiotics men 50 & wiser 85 BILLY guaranteed!
Enzymes: Double Wood supplement's Essential digestive Enzymes
We were going to write about this anyway but this video attached spurred me on to do it now, its all about the wonderfulness of fasting and dangers. and what happens to your body.. viewed the whole thing 2 times.. its 15.32 long with very short ad at the end.

Oh ok you had a gut bug? Yoplait original yogurt does it for me (I definitely have irritable bowel syndrome, self diagnosed) I eat 4 of the 6 oz cups of yoplait yogurts and eat fruits and vegetables (for the fiber) and my gut is good. But if I start eating nothing but fastfood and junk then I start getting Diarrhea. I just can't wait til we can all start injecting millions upon millions of UC-MSCs into our bloodstream.

I can’t drink normal milk products with milk in it or milk, I will get sick for a Few hours until it leaves my system.
I eat milk required foods and have my wife use lactose free milk so I dont get ucky and feeling nasty, I am very lactose tolerant.
That’s also why I don’t eat yogurts, they’re made with lots of milk.

Yoplait original yogurt I eat 24 oz of it everyday and it has totally transformed my gut, it literally reduced my flatulence by a lot. I used to get big loud farts but now I just get mostly little small farts. I tried different brands too but yoplait is the one that really did the trick. Cody what is your ancestry?I can’t drink normal milk products with milk in it or milk, I will get sick for a Few hours until it leaves my system.

Re: CHEERS TO HEALTH
I have no idea about my ancestry and don’t know how to find out going back hundreds of years but that would be cool for sure to know.
